Assistant pilot: a second pilot in an aircraft, who assists or relieves
the pilot but is not in command.
This body is your plane, and you are its pilot. At times the pilot
can get tired; that is when I, as a Relaxation CoPilot, can step in.
With relaxation, and the clarity it brings, you can take full command
again. We work as a team, helping to get you to your destination.
_Imagine your body as a comfortable, pain free companion …rather than
a collection of stressed out parts clamoring for your attention.
Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed?
Are you experiencing muscle pain in your back, shoulders, or neck that doesn’t get released even with harsh “digging” at it?
Do you want long lasting pain relief, not just a quick fix?
Are you sensitive to being pushed and prodded beyond your comfort level?
Massage can be soothing and effective, relaxing and results-oriented.
I offer sessions of non-invasive yet specific bodywork to help relieve
pain in your
back
neck

foot
related to muscular tension and/or spasms.
I also can help you become more aware of your mind’s constant commentary and show you how to help it to rest through
instruction in meditation
proper sitting posture and
custom made meditation cushions.
